Kristian (Kris) is MTM’s Post-Settlement Officer, which means he tidy’s up all the loose ends once a loan has been approved. This includes ensuring we meet all government compliance standards which is so important to us as a mortgage brokerage.
Kris brings 8 years’ experience in customer service to this role. He has worked in the telecommunications field as a brand ambassador for Amaysim (an Australian telco company now under Optus), and as a fraud analyst for one of the largest banks in the United States.
With his kind nature, enthusiasm and great sense of humour, Kris easily builds long-term relationships with his colleagues and clients.
Outside of work, Kris enjoys an invigorating day out in nature – he loves picking a local trail to explore with friends (or solo).
