Gina, affectionately known as “The Genie” around More than Mortgages (MTM), has been a magical force in shaping the company’s growth since its inception. With her unique ability to conjure creative solutions, Gina has been integral to MTM’s evolution. In her current role, she brings a wealth of experience and adaptability, weaving her magic across various responsibilities—whether managing the MTM website, crafting engaging newsletters, or overseeing the ever-changing world of social media.
Having embraced a life of travel and remote work, Gina relocated from Canberra to the stunning East Coast of New Zealand. There, by the ocean’s edge, she finds her creative sanctuary, balancing family life, indulging in fresh seafood, and fully immersing herself in the serenity of her sea change.
But Gina’s magic doesn’t stop at the digital realm. As a seasoned traveller, her adventures have taken her far and wide.
From building classrooms in remote Nepalese villages with the Reach For Nepal Foundation to witnessing the wild beauty of South Africa on safari and marvelling at the Taj Mahal’s grandeur, The Genie brings her global experiences to every facet of her life.
Most recently, her travels took her through the enchanting canals of Venice before crossing the Adriatic Sea by boat to Pula, Croatia. She then embarked on a breathtaking coastal drive to Dubrovnik, soaking in the stunning landscapes along the way. Her journey continued in Greece, where she explored the vibrant streets of Athens and the sun-drenched Greek islands, embracing the rich history and laid-back Mediterranean charm.
Never one to stay still for too long, Gina is already thinking about her next adventure—perhaps experiencing a white Christmas and visiting Santa in the North Pole, Rovaniemi, Finland. She’ll keep you posted!
